The basic package includes a CD version for use on a Windows computer or network, and the Internet version with access for all users of the site. The Internet version can be accessed on-site or from a user’s home computer and includes an online Electronic Portfolio for each user.

IDEAS: Interest Determination, Exploration and Assessment System
IDEAS is a formal career assessment inventory, published by National Computer Systems (NCS). IDEAS measures occupational interest. This assessment has 128 items and aligns its results with the six Holland codes.
