Office of Personnel Management Merit Testing
| One of the
newest partnerships for Oklahoma’s CareerTech system is with
the state Office of Personnel Management.
Approximately 20 campuses across the state now offer merit
testing for state employment, which saves job seekers time, money,
and anxiety associated with driving into Oklahoma City for the exams. Of course, testing at the walk-in center at the state capitol is always available, but if you live at some distance from Oklahoma City and are interested in employment with the State of Oklahoma, you may wish to go to http://www.state.ok.us/~opm/ to explore your options. There you will learn more about the positions that are available, the application process, and which technology centers are participating in the testing network.
