On-Site Review Guide: This guide lists the items/areas that are examined during the on-site review. The items include the administrative activities, accessibility (facility and program), admission procedures, counseling activities, settings and services for individuals with disabilities, communications in employment, programs, and services, programs, and employment practices.

Procedural Requirements: The provides information regarding the formal procedural requirements to fulfill compliance activities. Samples of the following are available:
   Notice of Nondiscrimination: English and Spanish
   Statement of Nondiscrimination: English and Spanish
   Grievance Policy and Procedures
   Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures
   Transition Plan
   Guidelines in providing services to prevent/eliminate discrimination

Self-evaluation for civil rights compliance: The purpose of this self-evaluation instrument is to generate an awareness of compliance issues and the impact of policies and practices on race, color, national origin, sex/gender, and disabilities. This instrument can be completed to satisfy the self-evaluation requirement in Standard 10 of the accreditation process.
