While Oklahoma employers are working to create new jobs, they can't do it alone, which is why a new effort is underway to give potential employees a leg up in finding a job.
With new companies coming into the state, there’s a need not just for new workers, but workers who are properly trained. A new work-ready designation allows employers to determine if an area has the skilled workforce they need.
Oklahoma's CRC is an initiative of the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic Development.
